Expede Consulting was founded in 2011 by Bernadette McAnallen to focus on strategic and operational IT transformation change programmes in the Higher Education sector. Over the years, the company and its focus has grown to cover both Higher and Further Education and our services have expanded to include Estates Facilities, Digital Transformation, Infrastructure Services, and Student Engagement and Experience.
Our core team of consultants and associate subject matter experts have extensive experience and deep sector knowledge. Who work in partnership with clients to deliver projects that conquer the challenges of today and prepare the client for tomorrow.

Depending on the nature of the request our engagement maybe a few days to multiyear long-term change programmes.
